Our Inaugural Meeting
We had the first meeting of the London Environmental Law Reading group yesterday at King’s College London. Things were kicked off to a great start by Pravin Jeyaraj a third year PhD student from Westminster University School of Law. He presented an article which gave a Hegleian analysis to the efficacy of incentives when encouraging recycling. A lively debate followed to which we all concluded that waste is a fascinating problem and that supermarkets should be required to publish the amount of waste they generate.
